URUGWIRO VILLAGE – China’s deputy Foreign Minister in charge of African affairs, Zhai Jun, yesterday paid a courtesy call on President Paul Kagame yesterday at Urugwiro Village.

They discussed issues of bilateral interests between the two countries.
